This brunch offers nine different dining experiences including the grill: western grill and rotisserie, seafood: crustacean bar with sustainable seafood, Thai: authentic Thai deli, the steam basket: authentic Chinese cuisine, yakitori: yakitori grill, sushi: sushi and sashimi bar, the deli: charcuterie and European deli, the patisserie: dessert and the bar: premium wines, champagne, and cocktails.
