Department of Coffeine is definitely a must-have in Singapore! It's a lovely café on Duxton road, with a friendly and easy going atmosphere.

The food there is comforting, honest, and delicious. There is also an insane choice of coffees and teas!
Every week-end, the brunch is a real pleasure. Pretty difficult to choose between buttermilk waffles with butter rum bananas and French toast maple syrup bananas!
